THE D300 IS OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED!!!!!! 
AND RAHHHHHH I’LL BE GETTING IT IN DECEMBER! Wooooooot 
My dad says we might get it in the US cuz its cheaper after converting, but maybe in Singapore cuz less tax. I’m not sure if we can claim tax refunds in LA.. Cuz 15% is alot!! Lets say the camera’s 2000USD, 15% is 300 greens yo.
Anyway, I’m sooo excited about the new and upcoming features on the D300!! It’s definitely a step up from the D100 and D200, and sooooo super drool worthy!
Wellllll, when I first sold off my Canon 350D last December, my dad said we’d get the D200 but then rumours of the D300 whiffed by so we decided to wait for it and the official press came out recently and the new features were definitely worth the wait!!
THE BEST THING IS…. CMOS SENSOR!!
Okay, when I first got my DSLR, I was contemplating between Canon and Nikon because Canon has the CMOS sensor, which is better compared to the ones Nikon were offering at CCD sensors. CCD sensors and more noisy and it gets really horrid at high ISOs or long exposures (I shot about 200 fireworks photos this CNY and all were crap cuz of the noise). My dad has an awesome range of Nikkor lenses (which are definitely one of the best lenses around). But I picked a Canon in the end..
Self cleaning sensor, which I think I would find a joy in the years to come cuz the D100’s sensor’s always collects dust like crap.. Cleaning isn’t one of my hobbies y’know 
51 focus points!! Wooooot! I’ll be able to compose my pictures with such J-O-Y!! It’s dope y’all. +-5 exposure compensation! Wheeeee!
All the new features are sooooo amazing!! I can’t wait til’ Nov when it launches and I’ll be getting my grubby hands all over this beautiful piece! People who just don’t get it go away! DSLRs are like drugs baby once you pop you can’t stop!
Although they’re as heavy as me but the pictures and angles and perspectives and quality isn’t just something you can get with some cheap 500 dolla camera!

I know I don’t deserve it but I want it so bad.. I guess maybe it’s unfair cuz I know lots of people who are better than me don’t get so much.. I guess I’m lucky to have a $dad$ who’s photography crazy like me! (Isn’t that why I got started? Hee!)
